We have built this journey in multiple steps, around a unique tasting menu at the price of 78€ with flavors and textures that bridge the distance between Paris and Jerusalem. This menu adapts to your restrictions and allergies to maintain a personal experience under the guise of complete unencumbered pleasure.

Starting at 12:00pm, to serve as a breather in your day, our single service lunch voyage lasts for a minimum of 90 minutes.

In a couple of hours, a couple of days, or a couple of weeks, we will be inviting you into Shabour, for a lunch full of discoveries, purpose, and flavor.
